Let's play Baseball at Aura Baseball Club!

Do not forget about the $200 Play On! Sports vouchers (5-17 years) available 27 July 2026.
Play On! Sport vouchers are redeemable AFTER registering. Please register and pay for your child, then email through your Play On! Sports voucher to registrar@aurabaseball.com.au afterwards. Once received and verified, the club with reimburse $200 to you directly.

VOLUNTEER LEVY
Every member is charged a $50 volunteer levy. Every family is requested to volunteer at least 10hrs per season at the club and this levy is then credited to you next season. (Example: 4 family members pay $50 volunteer levy each. The family volunteers 10hrs for the season in total, then next year they have a $200 credit applied to next years fees). If you do not wish to volunteer, that is ok - this levy is paid to the club.

PAYMENT
Please click on the link below to register each player. You will then be directed to payment of your Club Fees. You can select a payment plan for your club fees.

25% due upon registration
25% due by 15th September 2026
25% due by 15th October 2026
Final 25% due by 15th November 2026

INSURANCE
Once your payment selection has been completed, you will then be directed to pay the BA and BQ insurance/capitation fees via GameDay. The insurance fees MUST be paid upon sign on through Gameday. No insurance = no play.

UNIFORMS
We have a new player bundle comprising of a hat, training top and custom jersey for $115. This bundle is required for you to play.
Jersey's will have your SURNAME on the back with a jersey number of your choice. Only registered legal surnames accepted (no nicknames) and you will need to select your top 3 jersey numbers. When selecting multiple jerseys for multiple players, please write the size and then the selected jersey numbers in order. Please use a comma and one space between your top 3 jersey numbers (eg. 1, 11, 22).

Grey pants, hoodies, belt and socks are also available to purchase. If you already have pants, socks and belts, they must be worn in club colours.

  • Aura Baseball Club – Privacy, Insurance, Fees & Code of Conduct
    Privacy Policy

    Aura Baseball Club understands that you value your privacy. All personal information provided to the club is treated as confidential and will only be used for the purposes for which it has been collected.

    Aura Baseball Club will not sell, share or disclose any personal information that identifies you to a third party without your consent, except where required by law, legal process, or where necessary as part of the administration or operation of the club.

    Member information, including names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, is stored securely and used solely for club administration, member communication and activities directly related to Aura Baseball Club. Credit card or payment details are not stored by the club.

    If you choose to subscribe to the Aura Baseball Club newsletter or marketing communications, you will only receive information relating to Aura Baseball Club. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

    Insurance

    Player insurance is provided through Baseball Australia (BA) and Baseball Queensland (BQ).

    To participate in any Aura Baseball Club training session, game, competition or sanctioned event, all players must be registered with Baseball Australia and Baseball Queensland and have paid the applicable Baseball Australia/Baseball Queensland registration (capitation) fees.

    These fees are collected through the GameDay registration platform as required by Baseball Australia and Baseball Queensland.

    Club Fees

    Aura Baseball Club membership fees are separate from the Baseball Australia and Baseball Queensland registration (capitation) fees.

    Club fees must be paid by the due date advised by the Club each season. Players with outstanding fees may be deemed ineligible to participate in club training sessions, games or other club activities until all outstanding amounts have been paid, unless a prior payment arrangement has been approved by the Club Committee.

    Aura Baseball Club Code of Conduct

    As a member of Aura Baseball Club, you agree to uphold the values of sportsmanship, respect, integrity and teamwork by complying with the following Code of Conduct.

    Players

    Players are expected to:

    Play by the rules and in the spirit of the game.
    Respect umpires, officials, coaches, volunteers, teammates, opponents and spectators at all times.
    Never argue with an umpire or official. Any concerns should be raised through the coach, captain or team manager at an appropriate time.
    Display self-control and refrain from abusive language, sledging, bullying, harassment or behaviour intended to intimidate or provoke others.
    Treat all participants fairly and with respect regardless of age, gender, ability, race, religion, culture or background.
    Respect all club, school and venue facilities and property. Any wilful damage may result in disciplinary action and financial responsibility for repairs.
    Work hard for both personal improvement and the success of the team.
    Demonstrate good sportsmanship by acknowledging good performances by teammates and opponents alike.
    Cooperate with coaches, teammates, officials and volunteers.
    Participate for enjoyment, personal development and the benefit of the team.
    Not use or be under the influence of illegal drugs or prohibited substances. Prescription medication should only be used as directed by a registered medical practitioner.
    Wear the approved Aura Baseball Club uniform and present themselves in a neat and professional manner during games, official training sessions and club events.
    Arrive on time for games, training sessions, meetings and team activities unless prior arrangements have been made.
    Report injuries immediately to a coach, trainer or team official.
    Care for and maintain all personal and club-issued equipment.
    Obtain approval from Club management before participating in media interviews representing the Club.
    Respect photography and media guidelines. Photography within dugouts, change areas or batting cages should only occur with appropriate permission.
    Be proud ambassadors for Aura Baseball Club both on and off the field, including when using social media.
    Parents, Carers and Supporters

    Parents, carers and supporters play an important role in creating a positive environment and are expected to:

    Remember that children participate for enjoyment.
    Encourage participation without placing undue pressure on players.
    Focus on effort, learning and development rather than winning.
    Encourage players to play fairly and resolve disagreements respectfully.
    Never ridicule, abuse or criticise players for mistakes or poor performances.
    Lead by example by displaying respect, sportsmanship and positive behaviour.
    Respect the decisions of umpires and officials.
    Support coaches, volunteers, scorers, officials and committee members who give their time to the Club.
    Treat all participants with dignity and respect regardless of age, gender, ability, race, religion or cultural background.
    Show respect towards opposition players, supporters and officials.
    Never enter the playing field unless requested by an authorised official.
    Never interfere with the game by entering the field of play or throwing objects.
    Refrain from abusive, threatening or intimidating behaviour toward any participant.
    Not be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs during training sessions, games or official club activities.
    Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
    Behaviour and Discipline

    Any player, parent, carer, supporter, volunteer or member whose behaviour:

    breaches this Code of Conduct;
    breaches any Aura Baseball Club policy;
    breaches the Baseball Australia or Baseball Queensland Codes of Conduct or Member Protection Policies; or
    brings Aura Baseball Club or the sport of baseball into disrepute,

    may be subject to disciplinary action.

    Incidents should be reported to an Aura Baseball Club Committee Member or the appropriate governing authority for investigation.

    Penalties

    Depending on the seriousness and circumstances of the breach, disciplinary action may include:

    Verbal or written warning.
    Removal from a training session or game.
    Removal from the venue.
    Suspension from Club activities.
    Loss of membership privileges.
    Referral to Baseball Queensland or Baseball Australia where appropriate.
    Termination of membership for serious or repeated breaches.

    All disciplinary matters will be considered on their individual merits and managed in accordance with the Aura Baseball Club Constitution, Club Policies, and where applicable, the Baseball Queensland and Baseball Australia Member Protection and Integrity Frameworks.

    Aura Baseball Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive and enjoyable environment where all participants can develop, compete and enjoy the game of baseball.
